§ 1 Scope to entrepreneurs and definitions

(1) The following terms and conditions are valid to all transactions between us and a consumer at the time of the order.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop are not legally binding contract on our part, but only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer and concludes a purchase contract.

(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop apply the following rules: the consumer makes a binding offer of contract by successfully passes the provided steps of ordering procedure.

The order involves the following steps:

1) Selection of the desired product

2) Confirm by clicking the button "Add to Cart"

3) click on the button "Check out"

4) examination or correction of items in your cart

5) entry of personal data

6) entry of the shipping data

7) Registration in the online shop and Binding sending the order by clicking the "Place an order"

The consumer should before the mandatory sending of order check its details and correct input errors. We acknowledge receipt of your order directly through an automatically generated e-mail ("Order Confirmation"). With this we accept your offer. Then our manager will call you to check and confirm your order.

(5) Storage of contract for purchase via our online shop: We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions via e-mail. The terms and conditions at any time, see also under http://laitovo.eu/en/contract. You can find your orders in our customer area under orders.

§ 3 Prices, Shipping, Payment,

(1) The prices shown on our website including VAT and other price components excepting shipping costs.

(2) The consumer has the 2 optionы of paying: Prepaying, PayPal.

(3) If the consumer has selected to pay in advance or by PayPal, so he agrees to the purchase price to be paid immediately after the conclusion.

§ 4 Delivery

(1) If we have not clearly stated in the product description, all items we offer are not ready to immediately shipping. The delivery of the goods we have in stock occures latest within 5 working days. For non-stock goods in transit, delivery time may be up to 5 weeks after order. The deadline for delivery in case of advance payment on the day after the payment order to the staff responsible for the remittance bank and all other forms of payment on the day begins to run after the conclusion. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday at the place of delivery, it shall expire on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold proceeds only with the transfer of the goods to the buyer on these are sent by mail.

by means of a clear statement (eg a consigned by post mail, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract, inform. You may use the attached model withdrawal form which is however not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we have to repay you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery cost, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification about your cancellation of this contract with us is received. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will be charged fees for such repayment.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods again, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You have to return the goods promptly and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to us or transferred. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. § 8 warranty

The warranty period is one year and begins with the delivery of the goods. During this period, all defects covered by the statutory warranty corrected free of charge. Respect. ensuring the legal provisions apply. The warranty is void for any damage due to improper handling and use of the purchased item.

In case of defects, you can return the ordered goods at any time. We will exchange your goods ordered with a new item or refund the purchase price if desired.
